Location: Be’er Sheva, Israel

Job Capacity: Full time, on-site

Overview: Join our innovative team at CaPow as a Program Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex, deep-tech engineering projects. We are looking for an experienced professional who can drive project success, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure efficient project execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the execution of multiple technological projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project deliverables are achieved within budget and timeline constraints.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and executive management.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Program Manager, managing complex technological projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong background in hardware development - Major advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project execution in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management skills, including budget management, resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with joint HW-SW processes.
• PMP or other project management certifications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Previous experience in a startup environment or with new product development.

Note: Position requires at least 4 days onsite every week.
