Our Company Enertec ltd offers End-To-End projects for Manufacturing and RnD. Delivering multidisciplinary projects, includes HW, FW, SW, MPs and specialist in system engineering for ongoing projects.
The position is highly dynamic and include leading multiple interfaces; Manufacturing, Clients needs (such as Refael, IAI, Elbit etc.), integration, system engineering and electrical scheme.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Manager at ENERTEC Systems LTD in Carmiel, North District. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks. Technical operations procedures, managing a team, providing technical support, conducting research and development (R&D) activities, and overseeing project management.
Job Requirements
• Electrical Engineer/Practical - +5 years experience.
• Ability to working with Tools (DMM, Scope etc.)
• Ability to read and understand electrical scheme of Cables, Electrical BOX, PCBA etc.
• Root Cause analysis and debugging.
• Experience in integration and system testing.
• Experience in the electrical design is a plus.
• NPI managements skills is a plus.
• Analytical Skills, Team Management, and Project Management skills.
• Experience in Technical Support and Research and Development (R&D).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Electrical Engineer or Practical, etc.).
• Experience in the electrical design is a plus.
