We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional.
As a Cognyter you will:
Deliver Tier-3 technical support by diagnosing complex hardware and software issues, troubleshooting customer inquiries, and recommending effective solutions for rapid resolution.
Deploy and integrate systems at customer sites and remotely, ensuring successful installations and configurations.
Conduct end-user training and Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT) for our telecom and intelligence solutions.
Manage projects end-to-end — from initiation and planning through deployment and acceptance.
Document project and support activities — including configurations, installation reports, test results and case history using SF ticketing systems— with precision.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and global R&D units—to troubleshoot complex environments, enhance product performance, and ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide ongoing operational support as part of the Deployment/Support team.
Continuously refine deployment and support methodologies, automation tools, and team best practices.
Prepare, configure, and test systems prior to shipment, ensuring full functionality, compliance, and readiness for deployment.
Requirements:
For that mission you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong foundation in system deployment, integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with multiple Operating Systems (Windows, Linux), including administration, configuration optimization, and Windows security.
Solid understanding of networking (LAN/WAN), IT systems, and communication equipment (routers, switches, hubs); virtualization and IP networking knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with security systems and RF principles; experience with lab instrumentation is an advantage.
Experience in Telecom/Wireless Communications (GSM, UMTS, LTE, NR/5G) and cellular network protocols is an advantage.
Proven customer-facing technical support or pre-sales experience.
Ability to maintain excellent internal and external communication, minimize escalations, and deliver high-level support.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, innovative, and excited to work in a multicultural environment.
Excellent English communication skills; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
Willingness to occasionally work non-standard hours (on-call duty, off-hours support).
Ability to travel internationally once or twice per year.
