We are seeking an Excellent Operational and Digital Engineer with experience in operational domains.

Job Description:

• Manage and lead the implementation of Operational Excellence processes (WCM), reporting to site management.
• Develop and promote operational excellence strategy at the site to reduce losses, waste, and inefficiencies in production and operational areas.
• Implement improvement processes and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop a Masterplan for WCM activities supporting the company/site's strategic objectives.
• Coordinate and lead advanced projects for the implementation of digital capabilities and solutions across various units.
• Lead the development of WCM skills and problem-solving – providing training for operators, engineers, and various managers.
• Lead and develop a site-specific Masterplan in coordination with relevant functions to support the site's and company's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with multiple interfaces locally and internationally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering and Management, or a relevant diploma with experience in the manufacturing sector - project management on-site.
• Previous experience in a similar role in operational excellence - an advantage.
• Very high proficiency in Hebrew and English - mandatory.
• High learning abilities and self-discipline - mandatory.
• Experience in implementing improvement methodologies and leading/implementing projects to drive improvement in a manufacturing plant - a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with performance management and improvement methodologies such as SIX SIGMA, KAIZEN - a significant advantage.
• Personal independence, leadership, and management capabilities.
• Experience in handling unexpected roadblocks situations and finding solutions.

Full-time position, Sunday to Thursday, Haifa site.
