QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a QA Automation lead Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves critical responsibility for ensuring the quality and reliability of our front-end and back-end systems through automated testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop effective automation strategies that align with our agile development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases for our AI security products.
• Collaborate with software engineers to understand system architectures and integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and execute test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and security of APIs and SSO solutions.
• Ensure the robustness and scalability of test automation solutions across various platforms and technologies.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
• Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.
• Continuously enhance your test automation framework to improve backend and frontend testing.

Who We're Looking For:

• A skilled QA Automation Engineer with a passion for technology and problem-solving.
• Proven experience in automating software testing, particularly in agile environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Familiarity with ReactJS and modern front-end technologies.
• Experience with backend technologies such as FastAPI, Kafka, Redis, and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of cloud computing environments and big data technologies.
• An understanding of machine learning concepts is advantageous.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA automation or related fields.
• Proficient in designing and implementing automated tests and frameworks.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex solutions clearly and concisely.
