Information Technology Support Specialist

The role includes customer support, user assistance, and handling computer systems in a virtual environment, Domain environment, Outlook issue resolution, scanners, server maintenance, Office 365, AD operations, backups (Ashay, Veeam), and more.

The position may suit those at the beginning of their career in the field, Juniors, looking for an organization to grow and develop within.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of operating systems, network communication, CCNA / MCITP / MCSA certification
2. Familiarity with Active Directory
3. Knowledge of various internet servers and applications
4. High service orientation
5. Immediate availability - advantage
6. Experience in service/support centers - significant advantage
