We are looking for an Israel Regional Controller, Senior Manager to our HQ in Modi'in

Responsibility for VPG IL financials and taxes, supervising the accounting department and providing professional guidance and support:

Oversee all accounts and ledgers (monthly and quarterly) while assuring accurate execution of VPG accounting policy for financial statements reporting & Taxes.

Lead finance operations and guide bookkeeping team to meet VPG timeline and accuracy.

TM1 month end close support and backup.

Monthly analytical review and periodically SGA reconciliations preparation.

Manage documentation and maintenance of SOX narratives and procedures.

Responsible of Internal control of Finance department including review process of work during the month/quarter/year-end.

Preparing and review of annual financial statements & tax return filing.

Quarterly tax calculations/provisions and tax package for Israel entities.

Tax planning and identifying opportunities for tax savings.





Requirements

CPA, Ex Big-4 Accounting Firm, global USA traded – an advantage

3-5 years in industrial/production companies

Financial statements (US GAAP) and analysis

Statutory and legal submissions (AFS, Taxes, VAT, Custom & Duties)

Experience in inventory controls – advantage

Sharp analytical skills focusing on professional improvement & efficiency

High-level in MS Office applications and ERP systems (MfgPro, TM1 – an advantage)

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
