Who we seek:

We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our growing engineering team, reporting to the VP of Engineering. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and managing BigID’s product, developing cutting-edge, high-quality customer-facing applications that bring value to top Fortune 100 companies. Our ideal candidate is someone who values excellence, is hungry for success, and thrives when working with the best.

What you’ll do:

• Solve complex software problems
• Lead engineering teams in a highly dynamic environment
• Prioritize your group tasks along with Product Managers
• Nurture and grow your group to become efficient, high-performing, and motivated
• Collect and analyze your teams’ KPIs
• Participate in customer calls, understand their use cases, and solve their problems
• Collaborate with software teams from Israel, Portugal, Ukraine, Poland and India
  
  

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 4 years of experience leading software teams simultaneously, with at least 10 Engineers in total
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Software Engineering Field.
• Experience with SCRUM and Agile methodologies
• A strong technical background, including 5-6 years of hands-on experience with NodeJS, Typescript, or Java
• Experience working with Product Managers
• Expert team builder with a proven track record of building high-achieving and high-quality software teams
• A solid understanding of CI/CD principles
• Experience working with both external and in-house APIs and SDKs
• Experience working directly with customers
• Graduate of Computer Science from a major university/college
• Superb spoken and written English
