Role Overview:
The B2B Growth Marketing Manager will spearhead our marketing efforts to elevate NetNut's market positioning and growth. This role demands a blend of strategic marketing, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape, particularly in B2B SaaS environments. Your mission is to enhance our product's visibility, drive performance through organic, paid, and affiliate channels, and ensure our marketing strategies resonate with our target audience while emphasizing our unique value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies with a focus on B2B SaaS marketing.
- Manage PPC campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and Yandex Ads, VKontakte (VK) Ads, VC.ru.
- Experience with Growth Marketing Channels, managing: Telegram, Email Marketing, vc.ru
- Management of affiliate marketing: acquiring, scaling, and managing affiliates
- Previous experience managing $50K+/month.
- Leverage WordPress and Elementor for website and landing page optimization, ensuring alignment with our marketing strategies.
- Utilize HubSpot for marketing operations, including automation, campaign management, and email marketing, to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.
- Analyze marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms, driving decisions based on data.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing strategies on common paid ad platforms relevant to the Russian market.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives and sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Russian, with outstanding communication skills.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a marketing role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large PPC budgets and executing effective SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in analytics and optimization tools (Google Analytics, Semrush, Excel, and CRO techniques).
- Proficient with WordPress, Elementor, HubSpot, and email marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and particularly Yandex Ads.
- Experience with campaign management platforms and a keen understanding of the digital advertising landscape, especially within the Russian market.
- Tech-savvy with a keen interest in the latest marketing technologies and practices.
- Experience with ABM Marketing is an advantage.
