Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our dynamic team at Antelope Systems a leading CRM provider. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, SQL, and Power BI, and will be responsible for developing and managing BI solutions offered to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

BI Solutions Development:

 - Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Python, SQL, and Power BI tailored for Forex CRM analytics.

 - Translate business requirements into technical specifications to create efficient, scalable, and reliable BI solutions.

 - Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports specific to Forex trading and CRM activities.

Data Management:

 - Extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes to manage data from multiple sources, including trading platforms and CRM systems.

 - Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all BI solutions.

 - Implement data governance and security policies to protect sensitive financial and client information.

Collaboration & Communication:

 - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.

 - Provide training and support to end-users on how to use BI tools and interpret data insights.

 - Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Performance Optimization:

 - Optimize BI solutions for performance, including data processing, report rendering, and dashboard interaction.

 - Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions to ensure high availability and performance.

Continuous Improvement:

 - Stay up-to-date with the latest BI technologies, trends, and best practices, especially those relevant to the Forex industry.

 - Continuously evaluate and improve existing BI solutions to meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Education:

 - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field prefered. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

 - Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role, preferably within the financial services or Forex industry.

 - Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting.

 - Strong SQL skills, including query writing, optimization, and database management.

 - Extensive experience with Power BI for creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

Technical Skills:

 - Expertise in ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

 - Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data integration techniques.

 - Familiarity with other BI tools and technologies is a plus (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).

- Certification in relevant BI tools or technologies.
