We are looking for a learning expert to join the learning development team of a leading financial organization

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for formulating the organizational learning plan and designing an effective and advanced learning experience while formulating learning solutions tailored to the business needs and challenges faced by the organization.

The position includes managing learning processes from the stage of debriefing, cracking planning, macro-micro development, solution implementation, distribution, control, 

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: learning technologies / social sciences / behavioral sciences

● 4+ years of experience in macro learning development

● Experience in designing training and learning solutions at the macro and micro levels

● Familiarity with global learning trends and methods, experience with applications, technologies and online tools and learning

● Ability to develop micro learning

● Production of learning content including presentations, courseware, videos and audio

● Analytical abilities, attention to detail and abilities to separate the main from the bland

● Strong project management skills with the ability to work with many stakeholders at a high pace

● Ability to create trust and motivate partners and stakeholders

● Data driven: Ability to use data to design and measure the effectiveness of learning solutions

● Introduction Experience in digital platforms and content creation tools

● Previous experience working in LMS/LXP

 environment

● Office / Google Workspace skills
