Brand manager - Maternity leave replacement

Holidayfinder's goal is to change the leisure travel industry. As a brand manager, you will be responsible for the important mission of educating the users on the new way to book their next holiday. You will need to understand what makes our target audience tick, and for developing marketing campaigns that position our brand according to those motivators. These marketing campaigns will not only drive customer engagement but will further define our brand's reputation and image in relation to the market. This role is a temporary position – Maternity  leave replacement. 

What you will do:

• You will be responsible for every aspect of the brand on all different platforms: TV, Digital marketing, social media assets, and more…
• You will work closely with the creative teams (internal and external) to regularly produce a new campaign and message that will strengthen the brand position.
• Manage the marketing budget and measure the success of marketing activities, with metrics such as ROI on campaigns and events, and production of marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the product management team to maintain the product’s positioning and to message and drive revenue and market success.
• Manage the marketing automation and all the touch points with our customers.
• Provide strategic and creative thinking tied to the analysis of marketing trends and the identification of new opportunities that will drive growth.
• Work with our partners to promote joint marketing activities
• Explore and test new marketing channels
• Conduct market research to examine the impact of our advertising activities on the brand

Requirements:

• More than 3  years of relevant experience in brand management. Managing an online brand is an advantage.
• experience and knowledge in omni channel marketing
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Experience with Advertising agency
• Hebrew - native speaking 
• English - fluent level required - MUST.
• High proficiency at managing several projects and tasks in parallel
• In-depth knowledge of online brand marketing
