We are currently seeking a maternity leave replacement for the role of HR Operations Specialist, with a strong focus on HRIS management, specifically the Hibob system. As an HR operations

You will be responsible for:

• Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS, ensuring all employee records and HR data are up-to-date and correctly maintained.
• Lead the administration of HR processes within the Hibob HRIS, ensuring efficient configuration, maintenance, and operation.
• Optimize workflows and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to HR team members and other stakeholders on the effective use of the Hibob system.
• Lead cross-organizational HR projects aimed at continuous process improvement.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis of HR processes to provide insights for decision-making.
• Responsible for providing ongoing HR dashboards to management.
• Responsible of benchmarking
• Support annual compensation cycle (Merit) and other compensation-related initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HRIS management, specifically with the Hibob system - Must.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and processes.
• Excellent data analysis skills (Excel \ Google sheet) with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English
