**Client Account Manager for a Large Company in Tel Aviv**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Proactively identify and onboard new clients to expand the business portfolio.

- Manage weekly optimization reports to assess performance and uncover growth opportunities.

- Monitor daily traffic and make strategic adjustments as needed to enhance performance.

- Analyze referral status and manage CAPs to ensure optimal client performance.

- Maintain active and responsive communication with clients, providing regular and constructive feedback.

- Conduct end-of-day meetings to review daily traffic and strategize for the upcoming days.

**Working Hours:**

- Monday to Thursday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Work from home)

**Requirements:**

- Experience as an Account Manager - mandatory (no specific industry experience required).

- Proficient in Hebrew and English.

- Energetic and adaptable, with a strong passion for account management.

- No prior industry experience needed, but a strong interest in learning and growing within the role is essential.

- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
