The Palestinian Mentorship Program (PMP), empowers exceptional Palestinian tech entrepreneurs and employees by connecting them to a global pool of Mentors for one-on-one mentorships, events, skills-building workshops, and conferences.

Business Partnership Manager

The Partnership Manager is responsible for securing and managing  internship opportunities for PIP Finalists. The Business Partner Manager works alongside and reports to the Executive Director. The Partnership Manager will also identify opportunities for participant recruitment with the Program Manager

BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruiting and communicating with high-tech companies and venture capital funds in Israel.
• Promoting PIP among multinational and Israeli tech companies 
• Managing existing relationships with CEOs, CTOs, heads of HR and department heads of current and past host companies 
• Building and implementing host-company recruitment strategies 
• Helping prepare PIP finalists for interviews and internships
• Intern candidate matching with potential Host Companies
• Database management and maintenance  
• Marketing including LinkedIn, email marketing, and Facebook posts 
• Identifying opportunities for PR and outreach in order to grow PIP’s profile

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Highly responsible & detail oriented with excellent management and organizational skills 
• Experience in tech and/or the startup ecosystem
• Able to work independently (including irregular hours), while at the same time being an effective and reliable communicator with the Executive Director
• Understanding of Airtable (or other project management tools) and Google Suite
• Native/ fluent English (written and spoken); Professional Hebrew (must) & Arabic (a plus!)
• Willing and able to travel around Israel for meetings with companies
• Based in Israel 
• BA Degree
• An interest in developing Palestinian-Israeli business relations
• Absolute team player who loves working in a small teams
• Willingness to work mainly remote
