This pivotal role involves crafting and executing strategic brand plans, overseeing marketing campaigns across various platforms (advertising, trade, PR, etc.), and managing continuous performance and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tailored work programs according to strategic objectives.
• Manage and execute significant marketing campaigns and public relations efforts.
• Constantly monitor brand performance and manage operational budgets.
• Maintain ongoing communication with brand stakeholders and conduct regular field visits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
• At least 2+ years of experience in brand management within the retail sector.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools such as StoreNext, Segmanta, BI.
• Proven track record of leading substantial campaigns in advertising, PR, visual merchandising, and more.
• High proficiency in English.
• Availability for evening field visits once a week.
