Backend Team Leader

We are looking for a Backend Team Leader for our - Backend team.

Major Responsibilities

" Drive the team's strategic technical direction

" Direct and coordinate activities necessary to understand business objectives

" Provide guidance and mentorship to the team

" Foster a culture of high standards, growth, and accountability within the team, promoting a shared vision and collective ownership of product and business outcomes.

" 2+ years experience in management positions

" 5+ years of experience developing web applications (using JavaScript or TypeScript /node js/Python/Go/java will be an advantage)

" A customer-focused attitude and experience working with customers

" Excellent troubleshooting skills.

" Experience in architecture and design of large-scale scalable and high-performance web production systems

" Passionate leader with a deep desire to make an impact

" Expertise with big data technologies and building corresponding pipelines

" Proficiency with CI/CD processes

" Knowledge of Cloud development
