Human Resources Business Partner

Job Descripiton:

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions are seeking a People Business Partner to join the Israel HR Team, supporting a key business stream based at our new offices in Bnei-Brak.

The role of People BP within CBRE GWS is to support our operational managers in all generalist areas of HR in order to increase line management capability and promote good HR practice throughout the business that ensures company behaviours are fully demonstrated protects the company brand and supports the overall business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as counsel to the business in all employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances and managing absence.
• Hold up-skilling workshops to promote best practice.
• Provide support to the HR Director in delivering effective organisational change
• Work with the Leadership team as a coach, challenger, contributor and driver of important Divisional decisions.
• Ensure that managers have the tools and access to advice needed to effectively manage the performance of their employees
• Act as the employment legal expert and provide timely advice on matters, following-up with managers to make sure their intervention has been successful and to offer any further assistance needed.
• Translate business and People trends to facilitate sound business decisions.

Job Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience and progressive growth in a HR generalist position with a multi-country/international/global companies
• University degree, preferably in social sciences, HRM, business administration or other related area
• Excellent verbal and written Hebrew and English language skills – a must
• Great Microsoft Office skills – a must
