Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to spearhead our development team, focusing on infrastructure for scanners. This role requires a hands-on leader who combines strategic vision with technical expertise in cybersecurity and development.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and upscale a team of developers responsible for creating and maintaining infrastructure tailored for scanning and scraping technologies. 
• Oversee the development of tools and applications across various platforms, ensuring integration and alignment with our cybersecurity goals. 
• Drive innovation in threat intelligence, penetration testing, and exploration of darknet environments to enhance our scanning capabilities. 
• Implement and refine development procedures, ensuring compliance with architectural patterns and best practices in DevOps. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the continuous integration and delivery of software solutions in a cloud environment. 
• Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment using Scrum methodologies. 

Required Skills and Experience: 

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software development with a strong technical background in Java, Python, JavaScript (advantage), and front-end technologies(advantage). 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team management within a technology-driven environment. 
• Extensive knowledge of AWS Cloud services, Docker, and modern DevOps practices. 
• Proficient in Scrum and Agile methodologies, with proven ability to manage projects effectively. 
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing solutions based on architecture patterns. 
• In-depth understanding of cyber threat intelligence, penetration testing methodologies, and familiarity with the darknet landscape. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. 
• Committed to cultivating a collaborative and inclusive team culture, where effective communication, empathy, and adaptability are valued alongside technical expertise. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
