The Position Responsibilities Include
- Maintain and support customers that are using operating programmable controllers
- Remote and hands-on support
- Working with R&D and engineering department on product troubleshooting and improvements
- Solving technical problem across multiple technologies
- Education and experience in computers, networks, IT and electronics
- Experience with customer support
- Experience with web applications
- Experience with Zendesk is an advantage
- Poultry farm management knowledge – advantage
- Linux knowledge is an advantage
- Team player
- Fluent English is a must. Other languages are an advantage
- Ability to work on multi-disciplinary equipment within a complex environment
- High Troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose complex technical problems
- Ability to independently complete solution implementations
- Excellent customer-facing skills
- Working on weekend – if required
