Senior Sales Manager - Job Description

Responsibilities:
* Overall responsibility for managing the company's sales system.
* Manage and lead sales people to meet the annual work plan and goals
* Manage a team of area / product managers, technical sales engineers and back office sales
* Manage professional relationships with represented companies
* Support sales people in significant transactions
* Professional / technical support and mentoring of sales people
* Recruitment and mentoring of new employees

Job requirements:
* Proven managerial experience of at least 5 years in sales management for the local market
* Significant and comprehensive experience in technical product sales -
* Marketing ability and business experience including market analysis and understanding, customer management, leading sales proposals - mandatory
* Budgetary understanding and experience in managing resources and large projects
* Presentation ability and communication with customers in Israel and abroad at a high level
* Experience working with CRM and BI system
* Familiarity with the world of industry
* High-level English - required
* Academic degree in engineering / management - required
* Excellent interpersonal skills, high service awareness.
