Cybersecurity Survey Specialist

Job Description:

1. Building a multi-year work plan for conducting information security surveys for the organization's systems.
2. Managing and operating information security surveys for the organization's systems, liaising with internal stakeholders (technology departments) and external entities (information security vendors conducting the surveys in practice).
3. Managing the organization's information security risks, closely monitoring the handling of findings to reduce the risk level.
4. Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and addressing gaps and information security risks accordingly.
5. Responsibility for the organization's awareness of information security issues, including leading awareness exercises (such as phishing campaigns).

Requirements:

1. At least two years of experience in managing information security surveys in large organizations - mandatory.
2. Good familiarity with cybersecurity regulations and information security - mandatory.
3. Familiarity with Best Practice methodologies for managing information security and cyber risks - mandatory.
4. Background in IT - significant advantage.
5. Courses and certifications in information security and cyber areas - an advantage.
6. Methodical and consistent task management.
7. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
8. Initiative, independence, and responsibility.
