XwinSys Technology Development Ltd. company is dedicated to the design, manufacture and marketing of novel solutions based on improved X-ray technology combined with automated optical 3D & 2D microscopes, for the semiconductor and related industries. XwinSys was founded in 2012 and is now fully owned by Rigaku Corporation.

About the Role: We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Software QA Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting software testing to ensure the release of high-quality products that meet our stringent requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, write, and execute software tests to ensure product quality.
• Write manual test scenarios based on feature documents.
• Perform manual tests according to existing work plans.
• Write code for automated tests after implementing and approving manual tests.
• Execute automated tests.
• Analyze test data.
• Perform regression testing.

Collaborative Interfaces:

• Internal: SW, System, Application, Innovation, Hardware, Integration departments.
• External: Communicate with the software group in RC for firmware-related issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience as a manual and automation software tester.
• Experience in writing test documents.
• Precision and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
