Customer Success Manager

The need to build effective cybersecurity programs is top-of-mind for security leaders in mature organizations. Aligning security programs and compliance and regulatory demands is incredibly difficult for many companies due to the manual and labor-intensive nature of these processes. Cypago was founded with the aim of helping our clients achieve visibility in their cybersecurity programs while effectively and efficiently aligning them with their business goals through the use of cutting-edge automation technology.

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager who has successfully done so for a SaaS application with CISOs and their security teams. We have a unique solution for a recognized challenge, and the market is wide open. We have a well-shaped customer success playbook and stellar onboarding, while the role will certainly afford the flexibility for creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit.

The ideal candidate will have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties they work with. This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and helping customers achieve their desired goals. 

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with setting up and leveraging our SaaS platform
• Promote the value of the product and upsell while maintaining high value through customer experience
• Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
• Handle customer requests and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience
• Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best course of action for their needs
• Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or customer success position in a SaaS vendor
• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
• Technical skills required, knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies is a must
• Experience structuring and optimizing new and existing processes
