We are looking for an excellent Manufacturing Manager to join our team in Israel.

The position is not hybrid – 5 days a week from the office

Job Description:

The Manufacturing Manager leads a manufacturing organization for combination device, FDA regulated medical device company. Responsibilities include Manufacturing, of all company cleanrooms

Leading production to meet company goals and sales

Managing the production group, managing 3 teams, about 60 employees with team leaders

Development of work processes, routines and initiatives for continuous improvement and optimization manufacturing

Initiate improvement to improve quality, reliability, efficiency & capacity across entire manufacturing process of the device

Ongoing work with the engineering, Supply chain and quality assurance department

Responsibility for training and mentoring employees

Direct Manager: VP Operations

Job Requirements:

Education: B.S. or higher in engineering or related field

• Job skills:

5+ years of experience in a medical device company

Large volume manufacturing experience

5+ years of management experience

Deep familiarity with ISO 13485 and other relevant standards

Working in cleanrooms – Advantage

• Computer skills: Full control in all Office programs, good management skill

Personality:

Well organized and paying attention to small details

Independent and patient

• Language skills: Fluent English - writing and verbal
