Marketing Manager

Global Dev Experts are seeking an experienced ❇Marketing Manager❇ with a successful track record in digital marketing to lead our marketing strategies in Israel and abroad and manage our dynamic marketing team. \

The ideal candidate

Has a strong background in PPC and Analytics📈, a proven track record of managing large budgets and generating high-quality leads💪. In addition to expertise in paid marketing, they should have great writing and editing skills (in English), a solid understanding of organic marketing strategies, public relations (PR), and social media.

This is a full-time job from our offices in Ramat Gan (Bursa).

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing the marketing strategy, both short and long-term, for the local and global market.
• Manage, allocate and optimize large marketing budgets effectively based on performance data and company needs
• Oversee the development, implementation, and management of PPC campaigns across various platforms.
• Strategize and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and lead generation.
• Use analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and optimize strategies.
• Generate & present regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and overall digital marketing efforts.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic & collaborate with content creators to produce content.
• Develop and implement organic social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms.
• Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform’s audience.
• POC for PR company -Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years of PPC and Analytics.
• Proven experience managing large marketing budgets and driving successful PPC campaigns globally
• Experience managing a team
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and organic growth strategies.
• High degree of familiarity with the tech world as a market
• You think, speak and dream in English
• Very strong writing and editing content capabilities
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Highly organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment ❇️ strong prioritization skills.
