Responsibilities:

• Design & Innovate: Create intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile platforms from concept to launch.
• User Research: Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Prototype Development: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision aligns with business goals and technical constraints.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to improve our products.
• Advocate for Users: Act as the voice of the user, ensuring usability and accessibility in all design aspects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years in UX design with proven experience in early-stage startups
• Experience with 0-1 stage, taking products from initial concept through research to a fully realized product is a must
• Strong proficiency in designing for both web and mobile platforms
• Experience with fintech products and AI is a huge plus
• Experience with both B2B and B2C products is a huge plus
• Creative and passionate about user experience design. Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design work
• Proficiency with design tools and latest trends
• Strong skills in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design
