Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to develop positive customer experiences and build strong relationships with our clients. As a key liaison between the support and sales teams, you will ensure a seamless transition from sales prospects to active users. Your primary goal will be to sustain business growth by maximizing value and minimizing churn rates. This role reports directly to the COO.

Responsibilities:

• Retention Goals: Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for clients and employees.
• Promote Value: Advocate the value of our products and services, with a focus on upselling.
• Customer Concerns: Address customer complaints and concerns to enhance the overall experience.
• Technical Issues: Handle all open technical issues efficiently.
• Service Topics: Oversee service-related topics to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Marketing and Logistics: Coordinate marketing and logistics efforts to support customer needs.
• Customer Advocacy: Serve as the dedicated customer ambassador, facilitating better communication and improving processes for customer benefit.
• Escalation Management: Quickly escalate critical issues to management.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar role.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to foster positive business relationships.
• Technical Proficiency: Technical skills related to the use of our products or services.
• Organization and Accountability: High level of personal organization and accountability.
• Education: A degree in communications or marketing is preferred.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to work directly with clients to solve problems, ensure satisfaction, and contribute to the company’s revenue potential.
