Our leadership team includes company builders and tech entrepreneurs, as well as engineering, product and sales experts. Our investor teams are seasoned company builders, visionaries and engineers who have built world-famous tech teams and hold key tech, business and academia leadership positions.

As our first HR eam memb, you will play an instrumental role in building our core talent team in Israel and abroad, company culture and recruitment strategy. You will work with our leadership team to identify, attract, hire, and retain world-class performers.

• Design, build and manage our candidate screening process, and take part in interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build, maintain and grow our vibrant network talent pool.
• Leverage our extensive network of partners and investors to locate potential candidates.

• 3+ years of experience in HR recruiting.
• A supernatural ability to identify and attract top talent in a competitive market.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
• Previous experience with applicant tracking systems (Smart Recruiters\Comeet\Recruitee).
