Location: Bnei Brak, Tel Aviv District (On-site and Remote)

We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in an IT organization and possess excellent English language skills (fluent in reading, writing, and speaking).

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Help Desk IT Specialist.

- High level of English proficiency (mandatory).

- Ability to work both on-site in Bnei Brak and remotely.

- Strong self-learning skills and problem-solving abilities.

- relevant certificates.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to end-users.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.

- Assist with network and system administration tasks.

- Document and track issues in the ticketing system.
