Software Engineering Team Lead - Full Stack - Full Stack

We're looking for a full stack hands-on team leader. As a Team Leader you will lead a team of Full Stack/Front-End Engineers in focus areas such as web applications, dashboards and reporting systems. Technologies include HTML, CSS, Typescript, Angular, and Node. You will work on both internal tools and customer facing products.

A day in the life

• Manage and guide the team in its day-to-day work.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand, estimate and coordinate their needs and to provide good quality of service.
• Design, develop and manage high-performance products including testing, monitoring, and insight collection.
• Development in a CI\CD environment.

What you’ll bring

• 5 Years of hands-on experience in in Fullstack development
• 3 Years experience with Angular
• 3 Years experience with Java/Kotlin
• 1 year or more in team leading
• Experience with HTML and CSS
• Experience in design and development of web applications.
• Well familiar with server-side technologies.
• Proven experience in managing full dev life cycle from requirements to design, development and go-live
• Maintain and improve monitoring and controls

And:

• Experience in front end/full stack development in a product based company.
• BA/BSc degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong technical skills
• Fluent english
• Fast learner, able to adapt to new technologies.
• A team player, well organized.
• Self-motivated with a real can-do attitude.

Advantage

• Experience with NodeJS.
• Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL
