Senior Data Analyst

We're hiring an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our growing data team!

We are looking for someone who is curious and proactive about finding impactful insights. This person will take part in designing, developing and maintaining scalable solutions for measuring our growth.

How You'll Make An Impact

Helping each team to take decision based on data by:

• Analyze data sets to address strategic and operational business questions.
• Define and establish domain's KPI’s
• Measure results, identify impact and provide actionable recommendations and conclusions.
• Analyze and define OKR’s metrics to continually improve company products and processes.
• Collaborate with data engineers to define data models and data products.
• Work closely with Leadership, Finance, Product and various stakeholders.
  
  

• 4+ years experience in role as a data analyst
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of data and information
• Excellent proficiency in using SQL for data querying
• Experience with Tableau as a dashboard tool - Must
• Experience working in a dynamic and changing work environment and comfortable working with ambiguity.
• Problem solving skills and ability to communicate with both business and technical counterparts
• BS in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Management or similar fields.
  
  

• Experience in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing - an advantage
