Role Description
This is a full-time Technical Manager role at I.l.B. The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the organization, including managing a team of engineers, setting project goals and timelines, and ensuring the successful implementation of technical projects. This role is based in Nahariah and offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies
- Experience managing and leading technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Bachelor's degree
