you'll provide user support both remotely and onsite, assisting with operating systems, Office 365 applications, hardware issues, servers, communication protocols, and Active Directory user management.

🔍What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least two years in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems, Office 365 installation and support, VMware, and Active Directory.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
