Mechanical Designer

ith designs using high accuracy machining, all sheet metal design technologies, several types of metals coatings and painting, knowledge GD&T tolerances system.

• Experience with electronic packaging designs A to Z.

• Understanding of various assembly processes including use of adhesives

• Full control in SolidWorks CAD, SolidWorks EPDM.

Advantage:

• Prior design experience with opto-mechanical assemblies for free space optical applications (e.g., cameras, optical sensor) for a high-volume application

• experience with opto-mechanical design.

• SolidWorks Simulations, PCB design CAD allegro Viewer (not editor) for mechanical layout approval process.

• Experience in working in international companies

• Knowledge in optical/mechanical materials and coating

• Experience in automotive industry and understanding of automotive reliability/qualification

Skills:

- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, relevant work experience

- Fluent English

- Strong trouble-shooting skills.
