Cloud Information Security Architect

We are looking for a Cloud Information Security Architect for a Financial Organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive cloud security architectures for a financial organization, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and compliance with industry regulations.
• Provide guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and architecture design to development, deployment, and maintenance phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into cloud infrastructure and services, including Software as a Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions.
• Assess and mitigate security risks associated with cloud environments, including identity and access management, data encryption, network security, and vulnerability management.
• Define security requirements and guidelines for cloud-based systems, working closely with infrastructure development teams to ensure alignment with organizational policies and standards.
• Conduct security reviews and audits of cloud architectures and implementations, identifying areas for improvement and recommending remediation measures as needed.
• Stay current with emerging threats and security technologies in the cloud computing space, continuously enhancing expertise and sharing knowledge with colleagues to strengthen the organization's security posture.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud security matters, providing guidance and training to internal stakeholders and fostering a culture of security awareness and accountability across the organization.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in information security.
• 2 years of experience in guiding and implementing secure infrastructures and business projects in cloud services (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS).
• Planning and guiding architecture with a security perspective on both infrastructure and application topics.
• 2 years of experience in guiding and advising cloud computing projects and architecture from a security standpoint.
• 2 years of experience working with infrastructure development bodies – specifying and writing security requirement documents and guidelines for cloud systems.
• 2 years of experience with cloud information security components and services.
