Infrastructure Security Architect

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Security Architect to join a leading organization and take part in designing and securing complex IT and cloud environments.

The role combines Security Architecture, Infrastructure & Cloud Security, Risk Management, and Security by Design, with close collaboration across Infrastructure, Networking, DevOps, and Development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design security architectures and solutions for On-Prem, Hybrid, and Multi-Cloud environments
• Evaluate, implement, and integrate new security technologies to protect core systems and infrastructure
• Perform security risk analysis, identify vulnerabilities, and define appropriate security controls and mitigation measures
• Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, Networking, DevOps, and Development teams to embed security principles into processes and projects
• Define security standards, policies, and procedures in accordance with international frameworks and regulations, including ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOX
• Participate in cybersecurity incident investigations and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) from an infrastructure perspective
• Support strategic projects from the initial design phase through production, with a strong focus on Security by Design
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, security threats, and industry trends, and recommend relevant improvements and upgrades

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Information Security
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure Security Architecture and Design – mandatory
• Hands-on experience securing networks, Windows and Linux environments, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) – mandatory
• Experience with security technologies such as FW, WAF, IPS/IDS, DDoS Protection, NAC, and EDR/XDR – mandatory
• Experience conducting Risk Assessments and Vulnerability Analysis and defining appropriate security controls – mandatory
• Proven experience writing high-level Architecture and Design Documents (HLD/LLD) – mandatory
• Strong understanding of networking and security protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, VPN, and TLS – mandatory
• Relevant professional training or certifications in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Infrastructure, or Networking – mandatory

Significant Advantage

• Familiarity with SIEM and SOAR technologies
• Experience with Zero Trust architectures and solutions
