Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Help Desk Specialist at משרד האוצר. The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and help desk support, troubleshooting issues with desktop computers, and offering customer support. Some remote work is allowed for this role.
Qualifications
- Technical Support, Help Desk Support, and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with desktop computers
- Customer Support skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- A+, Network+, or other relevant certifications are a plus
