Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Support Team Leader located in Petah Tikva. The Help Desk Support Team Leader will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of support representatives, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting, ensuring timely incident resolution, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role also involves coordinating with other teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional IT support services.
