A top game-development company specializing in mobile and browser games, with hundreds of millions (!) of users worldwide is seeking an Affiliate Manager. The ideal candidate will manage high-scale user acquisition activities and achieve key marketing KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates
- Actively monitor and optimize traffic sources to achieve a positive ROI
- Address and improve low-performing campaigns
- Identify and recruit new affiliates and traffic networks
- Negotiate terms and conditions for various cost models
- Work closely with other departments to create supportive marketing materials
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing
- Excellent English
- Strong analytical skills to develop and implement actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to multitask and resolve issues effectively in a dynamic environment
- Established contacts with affiliates and media networks
- Experience in the gaming industry – a plus
- Additional languages – a plus
