Sourcing Specialist

A bio-technology company is looking for a recruiter.

As one, you’ll be responsible for recruiting a wide variety of roles for our sites in the Middle East & Africa including manufacturing, operations, commercial, leadership & corporate positions.

This involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes/CV's, interviewing applicants and referring well-qualified candidates to our hiring managers to meet the goal of attracting and retaining the best talent.

What will you do?             

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Field HR partners to lead the recruitment process for active open positions.
• Conducting recruitment strategy meetings with hiring manager.
• Developing and leading the recruitment sourcing strategy.
• Proactively sourcing talent.
• Conducting telephone screen interviews with candidates.
• Facilitating debrief meetings.
• Coordinating offer approvals and extending offers.
• Building Talent Pipelines.
• Actively utilise TA technology to promote our opportunities, Employer Brand & EVP.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Field HR throughout the process.
• Participate in projects as needed.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Science, Human Resources, or equivalent

Experience

• Experience working in a professional environment within an internal international recruitment function.
• Experience recruiting diverse positions by function / seniority etc.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Strong preference for someone with background recruiting in the Science Industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience using applicant tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management System (CRM) (Workday ATS experience preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving and time management skills
• The ability to work independently and negotiation skills.
