Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an Account Manager at TechDocs. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing the delivery of user manuals and product documentation. The Account Manager will also be responsible for handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations.
