Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Community Manager at New Israel Fund. The Community Manager will be responsible for establishing, managing and engaging with our communities, developing content for social media platforms, overseeing digital campaigns, and organizing events and webinars. The Community Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders and work closely with the communications team. This position is hybrid and located in Modi'in with 2 days working from the office.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing online communities and social media platforms
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and campaign management
• Event planning and organizational skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with nonprofit or advocacy organizations
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience: Minimum of two years of proven experience in community management or a similar role.
• Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis to support community and marketing efforts.
• Technological Proficiency: Strong technological orientation and experience with social media platforms.
