We are currently looking for an Art Director to join our creative team.

Responsibilities include:

• Working alongside a copywriter teammate and other designers to develop creative ad ideas for a variety of clients.
• Creating highly engaging ads for social media advertising platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Reels, TikTok and YouTube across different devices.
• Collaborating with PPC campaign managers to understand ad campaign objectives and results based on detailed performance data.
• Staying updated with motion design techniques tools as well as social media and marketing trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication
• Strong portfolio showcasing both video design and conceptual thinking skills
• 2 - 3 years of experience working at a large-scale PPC or tech company / advertising agency / design studio
• Proficiency in Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Social media savvy – a fresh thinker who stays on top of trends and knows how to harness them for campaign objectives
• Creative thinker – ability to develop creative concepts into visual stories
• Team player – easy-going personality and ability to participate in a team environment
• Multitasker – ability to adapt quickly, work effectively under pressure, and alternate between tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Organized – excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and prioritize
• Strong communication skills – English & Hebrew
