Job Description

As a Program Manager, you will lead a global cross-functional core team with whom you define and realize the program to deliver business success from program initiation till successful market introduction. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the program deliverables on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Your role:

• Strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives that deliver business success
• Ensure requirements and business case are defined, completed, and approved
• Identify the risks of the program (e.g. specs, costs, planning, etc.) and develop scenarios to overcome these risks by defining corrective actions and driving the projects to closure
• Manages internal and external stakeholders while building and leading cross-functional multi-site Program Team(s).
• Lead the team in the overall program planning and execution. Establish strong operating mechanisms to track progress, identify issues, overcome obstacles, and define recovery plans. Implement effective communication/change management strategies as appropriate.
• Gathers and integrates project performance and progress information.
• Drive the program through positive influential leadership
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced cross-functional program management.
• Proven track record in product development and/or business development
• Ability to work across multiple business domains and organizational entities to drive, support, and realize business goals.
• The ability to problem solve and get to conflict resolution.
• The ability to facilitate cross-learning, knowledge flow, implement/evangelize best practices, and sustain changes.
• Strong ability to coach/mentor continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
• experience working with multidisciplinary products (experience within a medical devices field, or other regulated -strong advantage)
• Good communication skills and personal relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency
