The Position:

We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead a team of developers and quality engineers in designing, developing and maintaining ActiveOS ( Our moderation application).

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring we deliver the best user experience, scalability, robustness, and efficiency infrastructure, while mentoring your team and taking our mission to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor and inspire a cross-functional agile team, including hiring, training, and mentoring
• Own full lifecycle of features, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment, while ensuring quality, security and reliability.
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering teams to design and launch new features
• Ensure the quality, security and reliability of multiple services and applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers and perform code-reviews
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Sales teams to deliver a winning moderation experience for the T&S domain.

Requirements

Does this describe you?

• 3+ years leading an agile team
• 5+ years of practical experience in designing and developing large-scale, cloud-based systems
• 5+ years experience with building scalable applications that includes Frontend and backend.
• Experience in communicating with technical teams, product and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
• BSc in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
