We’re looking for our next QA Engineer.

This is a full-time position in Kiryay Yam.

Responsibilitie

• Planning and executing tests for systems and arrays composed of multidisciplinary subsystems.
• Defining the necessary testing tools to identify system faults in all required aspects, managing faults.
• Writing test specifications and test run result documents, and managing work plans for testing.
  
  

• At least a high school diploma.
• Preferably a technician/engineer in the following fields: software, electronics, physics, biomedical engineering.
• Graduate of a conversion course/testing course.
• Advantage for ISTQB certification or software testing course (military or civilian).
• Extensive experience in testing complex systems (over 3 years), preferably with experience in testing operational systems.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as TCP/IP, RS422, SNMP, Web Socket, REST API.
• Experience with network message monitoring tools, load, and performance testing.
• Understanding and knowledge of software testing methodologies, including proficiency in the software life cycle and integrating tests within it.
• Advantage for specialization in one or more of the following areas:Operational systems for mission planning, information fusion (command and control systems), integrated operational weapons systems.
• Advantage for familiarity with open source automated tools for software testing and development in Web and microservices environments.
• Advantage for familiarity with automated tools.
