Head of Marketing (Portfolio Opportunity)

Two early-stage companies in our portfolio are looking for an experienced, hands-on Head of Marketing. One, in stealth, is building an application delivery platform, powering enterprises to adopt the next generation of GenAI applications. Another, after Series A, is building a powerful database management tool. These Heads of Marketing will wear many hats and work with the founding teams on everything from website and content strategy to lead generation activities, community events, and collaboration with our product and developer relations teams. They are seeking a hands-on generalist who can understand needs, set plans in motion, and operate with internal teams or freelancers to drive execution and impact.

In these role, you will:

• Identify and explore lead generation channels, including through ABM strategies.
• Build brand awareness through channels such as conferences, developer relationship, social, content, etc.
• Own implementation of key marketing infrastructure.
• Shape and test messaging to their target audience, defining and honing the ICP.
• Lead marketing strategy with the opportunity to build a team over time.
• Collaborate with developer relations to build our users community

For this role, you must have:

• 5-8 years of experience with B2B SaaS companies, preferably at early stages (non-corporate).
• Technical (B2D) product experience is a huge plus.
• Wide-ranging marketing generalist experience in areas such as lead generation , writing, blogging, and content development skills.
• Ability to be hands-on in execution, while contributing strategically.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
