Program Manager

STARTICA is looking for a talented experienced Program Manager.

You will work as a Program manager which is responsible for managing new and ongoing programs, including all

Aspects:

• Work closely with customers, manage all program scopes: From Kick-off to management and technical reviews, deliveries, customer contact, etc.
• Define the project plans, task assignments and project timetable.
• Lead the project activities and cross organizational processes.
• Understands the customer needs, develop partnership, and align on expectations, and ensure high customer satisfaction level.
• Participation in Pre- and Post-Sale activities. Understanding customer requirements and needs.
• Present program status and progress to C-Level management and CEO.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Program manager –must.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary program team in a matrix environment – must.
• Experience working with JIRA / MS Project – must.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, English – must.
• Engineering degree - must.
• Strong organizational, project management, and analysis skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
