Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and recruiting technical and non-technical personnel.

- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.

- Collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs.

- Maintaining a database of candidates.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter in the IT field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of modern candidate sourcing methods.

- Proficiency in English and russian; knowledge of Hebrew is an advantage.
